At Classic Models and Arts, each piece is carefully handcrafted and prepared with attention to detail before shipment.

Production Time
Most orders require approximately 20–25 business days for production and preparation before shipping. Production times may vary depending on the complexity, scale, and customization of the model.

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including the shipping carrier information and a tracking number so you can monitor your package throughout transit.

Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, local customs processes, and import regulations. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Classic Models and Arts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
